Sunnyside High School Alum
Monica is a first-generation student from Fresno, she earned a BS in Human Biology from UC San Diego. Monica is a second year osteopathic medical student at California Health Sciences University, training to become a physician in the Central Valley.
Ranvir Johal
Caruthers High School Alum
Ranvir currently holds a BS in Biology from UCLA and is attending medical school at California Health Sciences University. Growing up in the Central Valley, he is very thankful to be home, learning medicine, and engaging with the community

Who should attend:
Registration is only open to students currently enrolled in the Junior Doctors Academy or the Doctors Academy in our participating districts and their parent/guardian. Siblings may attend but childcare is not provided.
REMINDER: This is a mandatory event for all Junior Doctors Academy and Doctors Academy students in accordance with the parent/student handbook. Check with your JDA/DA teacher or site coordinator for site requirements.
